Community & payment rules
Share something you have the right to promote.
Use your own photos or images you have permission to use. Only submit contacts and profiles you own or are authorised to represent. Be clear about the product, price, location and availability.
Keep it honest and appropriate.
No impersonation, scams, misleading claims, illegal goods, sexual content, harassment, hate, gambling, financial schemes or sharing someone’s private information. Features may be hidden after review. Reporting a feature does not automatically remove it.
Payments buy a position, not a guaranteed result.
Boosts start at UGX 5,000, in UGX 1,000 increments, up to UGX 1,000,000 per payment. Payment is for our promotional placement service; we do not collect the purchase price for goods sold by advertisers. The checkout shows your charge before you authorise it.
Only successful payments confirmed by Eversend affect rank. Failed or pending payments do not count. Duplicate callbacks do not add a second boost. Refunded or reversed payments stop counting.
Understand the two boards.
The last-24-hours board counts payments for 24 hours after confirmation. The all-time board counts all unreversed confirmed payments. Higher totals rank first; ties go to the feature that reached its current total first. Other payments can change your position before or after you pay.
Keep your private links safe.
Your management link allows editing without an account. Your receipt link gives access to payment status. Anyone you give those links to gains that access. Share your public feature link with customers instead.
Problems and refund requests.
Contact support with your payment reference if you were charged incorrectly, a duplicate charge occurred, or paid placement was not delivered. Refund requests require review; we do not automatically refund a payment because a feature was outranked or produced no enquiries. Applicable consumer rights are not excluded.

Buy and sell directly.
Contact buttons connect visitors to advertisers. Verify the seller and agree on purchase terms directly. A paid ranking is not a verification badge or recommendation.
